SPR# BARA84HMY6 - In 8.5.1, in order to fix a rarely occuring problem handling international characters when converting rich text characters to text, the added processing introduced a performance degradation. In 8.5.2, we have provided a notes.ini setting to restore the original logic at the customer's discretion.
